Sharing
We do not sell your information. It is shared only where necessary to fulfil your booking.
Retention
Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to manage your stay and to meet South African tax and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
