Booking terms & conditions
These terms are a working framework. Final wording must be approved by the property owner before launch.
1. Booking requests
All reservations made through this website are booking requests. A booking is only confirmed once the host has verified availability and issued a written confirmation.
2. Deposit
To be confirmed before launch.
3. Balance payment
The balance of your accommodation is payable before arrival, on the due date stated in your written booking confirmation.
4. Payment methods
Payment is made by electronic funds transfer to the account detailed on your invoice. Proof of payment should be emailed to the host.
5. Breakage deposit
To be confirmed before launch.
6. Cancellation and refunds
To be confirmed before launch.
7. Guest numbers
The number of guests may not exceed the confirmed maximum occupancy without written approval.
8. Damage and liability
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property or its contents during the stay, and for the conduct of their party. The owners accept no liability for injury, loss or damage to guests or their belongings, except where caused by their own negligence.
9. House rules
Guests agree to the house rules published in the Guest Information page for the duration of the stay.
10. Other platforms
Bookings made through LekkeSlaap or any other platform are governed by that platform's terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
